The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the police station in Horley, making it a practical choice for travelers. The lively atmosphere in the nearby pub adds to the local charm. While the pre-booked taxi service and pick-up area were satisfactory, the lack of responsiveness and organization, especially during late-night check-ins, was a downside.

The newly refurbished rooms with fresh bedding were comfortable, though the air conditioning unit could be improved for better temperature control. The shower provided a relaxing experience, and even with the window slightly open, the room remained quiet.

The service was a bit lacking as we had to wait for the receptionist to wake up and assist us, causing a delay. While they eventually helped with our requests, the lack of immediate attention and the need to search for staff could be improved.
